During my time on Council, I:
- voted against annual budgets with excessive rates increases.
- objected to various ad-hoc proposals which required unplanned expenditure.
- emphasised the need for community engagement as part of our processes.
- voted for the creation of a register for councillors to declare any formal political affiliation and initiated a register for councillors to declare any management roles on community Facebook pages.
- Supported a new Asset Management Strategy to review all city property holdings.
